When do I start paying?
We require a set-up fee to start, however, monthly billing will not begin until 30 Days after registration. If you choose not to continue before this time, you can simply cancel your subscription.
Do I need another web host?
No. All bizProWeb plans include our fully-managed high-speed turbo web hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, in your account manager. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
Do you offer Email Accounts?
Yes. When you become a paying client of bizProWeb, you’ll be able to request up to 5 emails on the Pro Plan. You must enable your own Domain Name prior to request.
How do I stop service?
Canceling bizProWeb is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online right from your account manager.
